Order Processing, Delivery, and Customer Services Subject to Delay
Please be advised that our services will be temporarily adjusted during the upcoming holiday season and our annual year-end stock take procedures in Hong Kong. Order processing, delivery, and customer service responses may be delayed accordingly. The schedule is as follows:
Reduced Customer Service Coverage:
STYLEVANA will observe the Hong Kong public holidays on 25th & 26th December 2025, and 1st January 2026. Inquiries received during this period will be addressed when normal operations resume.
Warehouse Operations Suspension:
To facilitate our annual stock take, all order processing activities will be paused from 24th December 2025, and operations will resume on 2nd January 2026.

Important Holiday Shipping Update
Due to unexpected changes in our courier partners' transit schedules, we have made an immediate adjustment to our Christmas cut-off date.
As of today, we can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.

To ensure your STYLEVANA orders arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order with in-stock items by our key date: 12 December. This helps your package avoid the busiest carrier peak season delays.

- Deliveries to remote areas may take additional 1 to 2 days.
- While significantly better than peak season delays, all shipments can be subject to unforeseen carrier volatility, including, but not limited to, strikes, strict customs, adverse weather conditions affecting air traffic. STYLEVANA shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by external unexpected factors.
