Remove the cap from the outer container. Hold the shoulder of the dispenser and turn it counterclockwise to remove it. *When opening and closing the dispenser, be sure to turn the shoulder of the dispenser. If you turn the top part by mistake, the dispenser will become unusable.　
Remove the dispenser from the empty refill container.　
Remove the cap from the new refill container and attach the dispenser.　
Place the refill container with dispenser back into the outer container and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
