Stops eyeliner and mascara transferring

Holy grail product! The bottle seems small but you only need a little bit. Has really stopped my eyeliner and mascara from smudging or disappearing even after sweating and working a full day. Be careful around the eyes.

Amazing!

This is the only thing that keeps eyeliner on my oily eyes! Be careful though not to put too close to eyes or on skin that is open/damaged as it will sting.
