Time Revolution First Treatment Essence, commonly referred to as the MISSHA Time Revolution Essence, MISSHA First Treatment Essence or simply the MISSHA essence, has been praised as one of the best MISSHA products by many. The First Treatment Essence contains 80% fermented yeast, which boosts skin’s moisture-retaining abilities, enhances elasticity to improve the appearances of wrinkles, and refines coarseness while bringing a radiant glow to skin. MISSHA x MISA
Launched in 2016 to cater to mature skin, the MISA line incorporates modern technology with traditional skin care recipes that were exclusively used in the Korean imperial palace during the Joseon Dynasty. The Cho Gong Jin collection was the first to be introduced under the MISA line, offering premium skin care infused with herbal ingredients mentioned in the classical traditional Korean medicine text Dongui Bogam, such as antioxidant-rich black ginseng and rehmannia glutinosa and moisturizing ingredients like dried angelica sinensis root, pearl extract, gold and thyme. All MISA products are crafted in accordance with traditional methods in which ingredients are repeatedly steamed and dried nine times so that they can be more easily absorbed into the body.
