      SHIPPING & DELIVERY

      Shipping Process

      1. Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment (settled in AUD) is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our STYLEVANA warehouse system awaiting product fulfilment. The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page. If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer to the order processing time of the product with longer availability status in working days as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out altogether.

      You may refer to the following stock status to estimate the processing time.

      1. In Stock in Australian Warehouse : Usually shipped within 24 hours
      2. Dispatch from Australian Warehouse within 14 working days
      3. In Stock in Hong Kong Warehouse: Usually shipped within 24 hours
      4. Limited Stock in Hong Kong Warehouse: Usually shipped within 24 hours but low quantities are left
      5. Usually shipped within 7 working days in Hong Kong Warehouse
      6. Usually shipped within 7 – 14 working days in Hong Kong Warehouse
      7. Usually shipped within 14 – 21 working days in Hong Kong Warehouse
      8. Usually shipped within 30 working days in Hong Kong Warehouse
      9. Out of stock

      The stock status in the product page is an estimated stock status in our Australian or Hong Kong Warehouse. Please note that the ship out location of orders would be subject to change according to the actual stock status of our Warehouses in order to process and deliver your order in a timely manner.

      2. Order Packing: Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, the STYLEVANA team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.

      3. Order Shipped: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and with the courier, you will receive an email with tracking numbers. Shipping time takes up to 1-5 working days if the order is shipped from our Australian Warehouse and up to 6 – 14 working days depending on the shipment method you choose during checkout.

      Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on Hong Kong and Australia Public Holidays respectively. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.

       

      Shipping Location

      All orders will be either shipped from our Australian or Hong Kong warehouse to Australia.

      Please note we do not offer shipments to Post Offices, P.O boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), Licensed Post Office (LPO), Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, freight forwarding addresses or hotel/motel (unless you are an employee).

      Please note that the order will be dispatched from the Australian Warehouse if all items have statuses "In Stock in Australian Warehouse" or "Dispatch from Australian Warehouse within 14 working days". Otherwise, the whole order will be dispatched from our Hong Kong Warehouse.

      Standard & Express Shipping Service & Rate

      STYLEVANA currently offers standard shipping and express shipping for Australia orders. The shipping fee will be different for order value below or above AU$49, destination and shipping weight. Please refer to the chart for details below.

      Please take note that shipping to remote areas will take 2 – 3 business days more. Please check with your postal code to get the remote area shipping fee here.

      Delivery Time

      The delivery time is determined by the product availability status and the selected shipping service. Product availability status indicates the handling and processing time required to fulfil and process your order before dispatch. Actual shipping and delivery time depend on the selected shipping service during checkout - please refer to above Shipping Service & Rate section. Order delivery time frames are approximations and quoted by the courier company only.

       

      Insured Shipping Service & Rates

      We offer optional insurance for each shipping service to cover your order from loss and damage during transit. The insurance fee is 4% of the order subtotal.

      For orders shipped with Insured Standard Shipping or Insured Express Shipping, STYLEVANA will cover in full value for any physical loss or damage of the goods during transit. You may ask for the refund of the product value.

       

      Potential Lost Parcel

      Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:

      1) You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 14 business days* after the tracking is sent to you

      2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties

      *We may not be able to open investigation cases with the courier for cases reported to us after 14 calendar days of the tracking provided.

       

      Damaged Goods

      Below conditions are required in claiming a full refund or replacement for damaged good(s):

      1) You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and product photos

      2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties

      *The receiving date is the date that parcel status is shown as ‘delivered’. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.

      For orders shipped without insurance, courier companies only cover physical loss or damage to an item during transit that is subjected to the maximum liability specified in the terms and conditions of their service. Such liability will cease once the goods are successfully delivered to the designated destination. STYLEVANA is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen in regards to the delivery of goods. Despite that, we will do our utmost to assist you in any event if you need to contact the courier to resolve an issue.

       

      Missing/incorrect items

      Below conditions are required in claiming missing or incorrect item(s) received:

      You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 48 hours of receipt*, including the following details. - order number, name and SKU number of the concerned item(s) - photos of the package, including inner and outer box, shipping label, courier bag, wrapped bubbles - photos of all items received showing the product name and the white label/sticker affixed on the product. Please do not throw away or dispose of any of the items or the package before your claim is acknowledged by us.

      *The receiving date is the date that parcel status is shown as ‘delivered’ by the courier. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the order correctly and in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
