Review of Some by mi Super Matcha Pore Tightening Toner This is the first time I've ever used matcha in my routine, and I was really impressed with it! Matcha is known to reduce oil and redness from acne. I can definitely see that this has reduced my excess oil production throughout the day. The difference was definitely was evident compared to when I wouldn't wear this toner! Key Ingredients Matcha Water, Natural BHA, Glacier Water, Niacinamide Texture/ Scent Watery consistency, clear/cloudy appearance Scent smells very fresh like matcha or a slight soda-like smell Overall I loved using this for whenever my skin would get too oily. It really controls my excess oil almost all day! As for the pore tightening, it did shrink my pores up a bit! I do feel it done well for my acne as well by reducing it. But this toner was a bit strong for my skin, I can feel a slightly irritated feeling on my skin when applying, but it goes away later. For sensitive types, I'd just use this a few times a week instead of everyday. It's overall amazing I think for oily-acne prone skin or combo! Cons - Contains fragrance some may want to avoid - Slightly irritated feeling for sensitive skin 4/5 stars for me!

It is very lightweight and easily absorbed into the skin. My only complaint about it is that it does feel a bit of a grainy from the powder it contains.I love that this exfoliant toner is gentle enough for daily use! I am about two thirds of the way through it now and I have been using it for more than a month once or twice a day. I do find that this toner is a bit on the astringent side, so I need to follow it up with a hydrating product. This might not be necessary for less dry skin types, but I find my skin feels a bit dry and tight if I skip a hydration step afterwards.This toner is advertised as pore minimizing and I have to admit I was very skeptical about these claims at first, but I honestly think it has reduced the appearance of my pores, especially on my forehead and cheeks. I’m pretty impressed with this toner overall. I didn’t notice much in the way of the reduction in appearance of pores on my nose, though.Price Point: $17 USD 150 mL at StylevanaRepurchase? I could see myself repurchasing this! I have really enjoyed using this toner and been impressed by the reduction in appearance of my pores.
