Using special uruuru cotton, these cosmetic pads give out twice as much soaked content as normal Silcot cotton pads. Only very little is wasted as a result. The pads feel soft and smooth on the face without getting deformed. Use them for makeup removal and toning.

Description

The puff is covered with a double-layer structure sheet, with super-fine long fibers (<10µm) for the outer layer that touches the skin, and coarse cellulose fibers for the inner layer.
