1. Remove the center paper from the attachment sheet, and prepare the liquid patch evenly. The green patch of sap patch attaches to the attachment sheet.
2. Paste the patch on the attachment sheet by hand so that it touches the skin.
3. It is recommended to use 4-6 hours after putting on both soles before sleeping. If you are sensitive, we recommend a one hour test before use.
4. After removing the sheet the next morning, please wash the sticky part of the sole and wipe it with wet tissue.
