2. After applying base or primer, put a small amount of DHC Medicated Perfect White Powdery Foundation on the DHC Makeup Sponge G (sold separately). If using water, squeeze sponge lightly to remove excess water, then apply foundation to sponge.
3. Starting in the center of your face, glide sponge gently outward on both sides.
