HOW TO USE

Begin with dry hands and a dry face. Gently massage appropriate amount of cleansing balm on the fact in a circular motion, including the delicate eye area. Add water to emulsify the oil and dissolve impurities and makeup. Rinse off with warm water thoroughly.
