1. Unscrew the loop head and needle end from the body tube.

2. Use alcohol to sanitize them.

3. Clean the face. Soak a washcloth in hot water. Hold the warm washcloth against your face for five minutes to soften the skin and loosen pores.

4. Use the needle to pierce and break the acne.

5. Press the loop head against the punctured acne until all pus is being squeezed out.

6. Use distilled water to cleanse your pores.
